Concerned about the quality of its services, the IBT Design & Works Office, which combines strength and dynamism, is structured into four (4) Directorates and Departments subdivided into several Services. These Departments and Services are stated as follows:

⇒ GENERAL MANAGEMENT (CEO)

This Departments is responsible for the management and strategic leadership of the company. It’is responsible for guiding strategic actions and providing high-level representation for the entire company. It also provides technical guidance for the proper conduct of operations on several projects. It ensures respect for the values of society

⇒ DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT

This department takes care of the administrative management, finances and human resources of the Company, following the regulations in force in this area. It is responsible for the search for new markets through calls for tenders, expressions of interest and direct agreements as well as the negotiation of market contracts. It also takes care of the development of the company and its employees. It is made up of three (3) services which are:

• Administration and Human Resources Section
  
• Finance and Recovery Service
• Administrative Secretariat

⇒ ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, AUDIT & TAXATION AND GENERAL RESOURCES

This department is responsible for maintaining the Company's accounting documents, following the SYSCOA accounting plan in force in the UEMOA area. It takes care of the internal audit of projects in execution, monitoring operations on projects in execution at appropriate dates for customer satisfaction. He also takes care of the deployment of logistics, orders and general resources of the company. It is made up of three (3) services which are:

• Accounting and Taxation Section
• Audit, Operations and Project Monitoring Service
• Logistics and General Resources Department

⇒ DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES AND WORKS IN BUILDINGS & PUBLIC WORKS

This department is led by a group of Engineers and Technicians from the specialized fields of construction, hydraulics and rural planning and equipment and who hold strong experience within large national and international companies. This department provides services in the field of studies and physical achievements in construction, hydraulics (drilling, reservoirs & water towers and pumping stations) and Rural Development & Equipment (development of lowlands, tracks and structures). It is made up of two (2) services which are:

• Section of Studies and Works of Hydraulics and Rural Equipment (SETHER)
• Section of Studies and Civil Engineering Works, Roads & Structures (SETGRO)

⇒ DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES, NATURAL RESOURCES AND DRURAL DEVELOPMENT (DERDR)

This department is led by a group of Engineers and Geographers, Environmental Resource Managers, Agronomists, Sociologists and Economists, Planners and specialized Technicians. It provides services in the field of studies/consultations for the protection of environmental resources and in the areas of diagnosis, planning and monitoring-evaluation of project and program interventions. It is made up of two (2) services which are:

• Sector of Studies in Environment, Natural Resources and Sustainable Development (SERD)

• Sector of Studies in Rural Development, Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation of projects (SEDPD))
