TECHNICAL AUDIT MISSION (PADAC)

TECHNICAL AUDIT MISSION OF THE COLLINES AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROJECT (PADAC) IN BENIN ON BEHALF OF THE MINISTRY IN CHARGE OF AGRICULTURE AND FUNDED BY AFD

The objective of the study mission is to give the project owner a qualified opinion on the quality of the work carried out and the functionality of the equipment and materials provided to the beneficiaries in the five (5) beneficiary municipalities of the project.

These were:

• assess the quality of the work carried out for the benefit of municipalities and private individuals in accordance with the relevance of the specifications and technical requirements mentioned in the Tender Files and the contracts of the Project Provider Companies;
• assess in connection with the financing agreement and the PADAC Agricultural Investment Funds (AIF) management manual, the process of acquisition and installation of agricultural equipment and materials for the benefit of private promoters;
• assess the conformity of attachments, statements/invoices and any technical support (including site logs) to the technical progress of the achievements.
